Rosa Marinuzzi loves just a few very, very important things; her family, fresh flowers, the occasional trip to play the slots at the casino... and cooking! And if you have ever had her food you know one thing for sure, her love of cooking comes through in everything she makes!

There's no substitute for her experience or talent, but you can find out just how infectious her love of food can be. On the last Monday of each month, when the restaurant at Eglinton is usually closed for her one day off, Rosa welcomes you - neophytes to experts  - into her kitchen for the most fun you've ever had while learning.

The classes are held on the last Monday of almost every month and start at 7:00pm, the price is 85$ a person and includes the food, wine, a chance to make a mess in a kitchen and not clean it up, and lastly; more food! Guests/Chefs get in the kitchen with Rosa and Raj to create a traditional three course meal, (family style of course), consisting of antipasti, Primi, and Secondi with Contorni, over a period of about three hours, hence the wine!  Each class is unique and intimate with a limit of about twenty people per class thus giving everyone an opportunity to get their hands dirty.  It is always the highlight of our month and hope you can join us soon.
