Signorello Chardonnay

Trim: Napa California 2016
The 2016 TRIM Chardonnay presents aromas of green and yellow apple, Bartlett pear, and a touch of baking spices. On the palate, the wine displays flavors of baked apple pie and vanilla custard. It is amazingly well balanced and offers a long, refreshing, fruit-filled finish.

A sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The fragrance is clear and intense with fresh hints of citrus fruit. The flavour is dry so this Brut can be enjoyed throughout the meal.

A blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera showing tart red cherry, raspberry, plum, pretty floral and cedar notes and juicy acidity.

Zinfandel Passo del Sud

Tagaro, Puglia 2016
What the Californians call Zinfandel the Italians typically call Primitivo, but this wine is aged in American oak and breaks a number of conventions.

Cannonau I Fiori

Pala: Cannonau DOC 100% (Grenache), Sardegna 2016
Intense ruby red colour with violet hints, very clear. Very intense, fresh and immediate aroma with notes of ripe red fruits and vegetables. Dry and smooth to the palate, good structure and nose-palate persistence.

Nals Margreid Galea

Schiava: Veneto 2016
"This is a wonderful, light red with light cherry and light milk chocolate. Roses. Medium and delicious. So good. So much fun. No wood. From ancient vines more than 100 years old. Serve slightly chilled. Drink now." - James Suckling

Aromas of wild raspberry, rose petal and a touch of cloves. Lush flavors of cranberry, raspberry and dark, wild berries.

Monte Schiavo Sassaiolo

A 50/50 blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano; aged in large oak casks. Ruby red trending to garnet in colour. Here again is that balance trademark of Monte Schiavo.

Petite Syrah, Syrah, Barbera: California 2016
A pleasant surprise on the palate with a bright, transparent light mouth feel. The wine is medium-bodied and has surprising density as well as intensity. Well balance between fruit and oak. The tannins are relatively un obtrusive with little wood, juicy acidity and mocha tinged finish.

Tenuta di Lilliano

Chianti Classico DOCG: Tuscany 2016
Both simple and very elegant, the Chianti Classico reveals aromas of fresh red fruits, supported by subtle notes of spices. The palate shows a good texture, round, silky and generous.

Deep garnet-red colour, tending garnet with aging, typical orange hues. At the nose an intense, fascinating bouquet with notes of spices and ripe fruit. The taste is rich and lasting, with delicate tannins, traces of leather, liquorice and pepper, matched to pleasant notes of withered violet and ripe plums.
